How to feel good

Feeling good is a temporary state of mind. Nobody is happy all the time, and some people are happier than others. I can’t tell you what to do to feel good, or to feel better, but I can share with you my little moments of joy.

This summer I travelled from Vienna through Slovenia and Italy to the south of France. I took this photo in the old quarter of Marseille, Le Panier, where I found a lovely restaurant and had an amazing burger.

Dining outside in good company on a dreamy summer evening is very enjoyable. But it was the 10 year old girl that was blowing bubbles into the air that made my day. Now that I think of it.
